We are expecting 15 members from La Riviere St Sauveur to visit us from the 21st to the 24th May. Thank you to those club members who have offered to provide accommodation for our visitors, ensuring that no-one will need to stay in an hotel. Ann will confirm who is staying with whom in the near future (if she has not already done so).
There will be a competition with the French on Saturday, 23rd May at the Ship Inn. This will start at 11:00am and continue until around 5:00pm. There may be a small charge for playing, and we understand that the Ship Inn will be holding a barbeque at lunch time, which will be available to both players and customers. Please let Richard Simon know by the end of April if you would like to play in the competition.
We will entertain our visitors on Saturday evening at Compton Dando village hall, and will include a buffet meal, drinks and music. We anticipate the cost for the evening be around £12.50, but this will be confirmed closer to the time.
Please let Ann and Bill know as soon as possible if you will be attending so that we can finalise plans for the evening.
